You can fill out the contact form here to request a free 15–20 minute consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit before starting therapy.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please let me know. We will discuss options during your consultation call.

I currently do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility.

The first session is a space to begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like support with, and goals you have for therapy. I’ll also go over my policies and procedures, including confidentiality, cancellations, communication, and what to expect from the therapeutic process.
You’re always welcome to ask questions, and there’s no pressure to share everything right away! We go at your pace.

Yes! I provide therapy in English, Spanish, or Spanglish depending on your comfort and preference.

Yes, therapy is a confidential space, which means that what you share in sessions stays between us. I will not share your information with anyone without your written permission.
However, there are a few important legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality. I am required to break confidentiality in the following situations:
If you are at serious risk of harming yourself or someone else
If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
If I am subpoenaed by a court of law
If any of these situations arise, I will do my best to talk with you about it and involve you in the process.
Confidentiality is also discussed in more detail during the first session, and you’re always welcome to ask questions.

Under the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services.
The total cost will depend on factors like session frequency and length. Your estimate will be valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued, and we’ll provide an updated estimate if any fee changes occur.
